Yoga
Students of all levels are invited to join these classes, including new students and especially anyone who has never been on a yoga mat! Clear instruction is given in breathing techniques, warm-up and posture flow. New students will develop body awareness, posture alignments and core strength in basic poses, while experienced students are encouraged to explore advanced variations in familiar postures. Everyone works to his or her own ability and comfort level.
Yoga Sculpt
Yoga Sculpt is a full-body workout that combines yoga, weight-bearing exercises, core strengthening, plyometrics, cardio bursts, and stretching in a 60-minute action pack class with upbeat music. The class flows like a yoga class with basic yoga poses but challenges the body more with external resistance. Yoga Sculpt tones and sculpts every major muscle group in the body and works to increase strength, flexibility, and stamina to achieve new heights.
Gentle Yoga
Gentle back- and core-strengthening postures relieve stress and increase flexibility, balance and mobility. A great class beginners or anyone wanting a basic yoga class.
Pilates
Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. ... Pilates mat is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your everyday movements.
BodyZen
BodyZen is an all inclusive body experience.. Intense cardio, yoga stretching/breathing; body weight resistance training; and interval weight training... It's about falling In love with the process... Conscious Exercise =progress and progress consistently equates happiness! Come experience BodyZen for yourself!
Spin
Something for everyone! Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges and jumps all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire! This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance. Come on in for the ride!
Aqua Fitness
An aqua fitness class of moderate intensity that uses the properties of water resistance to get in shape while minimizing impact to joints and back. WaterWorks is great for all, but especially for senior adults, beginners, and those desiring a lower impact workout. No swimming ability required, FUN provided!
POUND
Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.
SUP Yoga
Practice Yoga with a whole new challenge with this 60 minute Core focused class!
Doing yoga on a Stand Up Paddle Board engages muscles that you may neglect during your on-land practice. The added challenge of doing yoga on an unstable surface will force you to be very present and intentional with all your movements, as well as tone and strengthen your legs, glutes & core. This is an all-levels yoga class that is suitable for new and beginner paddlers. No SUP experience is needed, just a yearning for adventure and fun out on the water!
